雨のリズム Rhythm of rain

今日は雨でしたね。
雨の音は好きです。

そういえば、雨上がりの木に出来た雫が
レインボーに輝いていました。
天然のクリスマスツリーのイルミネーションのようでした。
最近、私は、時々、光の色が見えるみたいです。

今日は、水琴窟の音（遙かなる波動）を聞きながら
今日見つけた、誘導瞑想をしてみました。



自分でテープに誘導する言葉を吹き込んでやっていきました。
途中、私への贈り物を受け取るのですが、
その箱を開けると、その中には光が溢れていました。
すっごく嬉しかったです。
途中イルカたちと遊ぶ瞑想の所で、気持ちよくなって寝てしまっていました。
瞑想って本当に気持ち良いですね。大好きです。

The inducement meditation was done while hearing CD of 'suikinkutsu' today.

I blew in the word that I induced to the tape.
The present to me is received on the way of meditation.
Light overflowed in that when the box was opened.
Of me was scolded.
It becomes pleasant in the place of meditation that plays with dolphins
on the way and it was asleep.
Meditation is really pleasant. I am loved.

誘導瞑想の方法・・・

忘れてならないのは　必ず　神様でもいい　何でもいい　一番高いところにいる人たちに　お祈りします。

天 の父　神様　いつも　私を護ってくださって本当にありがとうございます。　どうぞ私の心を清めてください。　
そうして　どうか　私をお守りください　私の かたくなな心を開いてください。
もっと貴方に感謝をし　人々のために祈り　感謝ができる私に成りますように　
そして　これから　やる瞑想のために　理解と守りと　助けを　お願いします。

（要は　神様というか　最上位の霊の人に感謝し　人に感謝し　　
自分を清めてほしいと願って　これから瞑想することを　護り　助けて導いてほしいとの　内容であれば　どんな言葉を使ってもいい）

好きな　ヒーリング音楽とか　静かな　ナチュラルサウンド（歌詞のないもの）

ゆったりするような音楽を　BGMでながしておくといい

まずゆったりと　座る　横になってもいいかな・・

そして　自分の二本の足から　根っこが伸びて土の中に入っていくことを想像します。
地球をしっかりその根っこが捕まえています。根付いていてぐらつきません。

そして　その　根っこの先から　青い光が頭に向かって　ゆっくりと上っていきます。　
頭まで　青い光でいっぱいに満たされました。
今度は　白い光が　天から注ぎ込んできます。
頭　首　と　ゆっくりと　青い光に混じりながら　根っこにまで　到達していきます。

金色の愛の光が天から　降ってきます。

その光が体全てに　満たされていきます。

その金色の光は　どんどん膨らんで　輝きを増しながら

体の中だけではなく　
自分の周り
部屋　
家の中　
建物中に　充満していきます。

そうして　自分の後ろや横に　主護　守護　してくれる人たちが立っていることを

感じてみて下さい。

目の前にゲートが　立っています。　

そのゲートをその人たちと一緒にくぐると　
ゲートがしっかりしまり　後ろには何もありません。

前には　丘陵地が広がり　花畑　沢山の美しい木々が　生えています。

そこを　歩いていきます。　
花畑を抜けると　森に入ります。　木々の　足元には

沢山の花たちが満ちていて　明るいです。

森が切れたところには　一本だけ　大きな木が立っています。
開けていて　柔らかな　青い芝。いろんな花がさいています。

　その場所も　ぬけていきます。

また　森に入り　そして　森を出たら　大きな砂浜が広がっています。

自分の着ている　服を　一枚づつ　ぬいでいきます。
まっすぐ歩いていくと、美しい海が広がっています。

その海の上には　白い小さな船があって　
誰かが　待っているかも知れないし

そうでないかもしれない・

全て自分の着ていた服を脱いだら　その　小さな白い船に乗ります。

その船は　貴方が乗るとすすんでいきます。
誰かがいると、漕いでくれるかもしれません。
誰もいなくても、勝手に進んでいきます。

やがて　小さな島に　つきます。

その島には　小さな　竪穴があって　
その中を覗くと　水晶がいっぱい壁にも

足元にもあり　光り輝いています。
その美しさは　たとえようもありません。

進んでいくと　水晶で　できた　イスがあります。

そのイスは　貴方のために　用意されているものです。
そこに座ります。

そうしたとたんに　また　貴方のすぐ近くに　
守護する天使　主護の天使　あるいは　助けてくれる　動物たちが　います。

そのまま　今度は立ち上がり　彼らにつれられて　洞窟の奥に行くと

滝があります。　その滝に打たれてみましょう。

その滝は　心地よく　足元を見ると　汚れた黒い水が流れていきます。

どんどん　その滝に　自分が清められていって　
黒い水が出なくなっていくと同時に　自分が　白い光に変わっていきます。

そうしたら　目の前にある　美しい海の中に飛び込んでみましょう。

いるかたちが貴方と一緒に遊びたくて　寄ってきます。
魚も貴方と一緒にあそびたくて　寄ってきます。　
しっかりと　その　楽しい時間を堪能しましょう。

そうして　堪能した後　また　あのイスに座ります。
そうすると　美しい白い　ドレスを　天使たちが　渡してくれます。　
そして　そのまま　もと来た道を行くと　洞窟の壁に　
ちょっとした　小さな棚のような穴があります。

そこに　貴方への　贈り物があります。　それを　受け取って　あけてみましょう。

そして　その贈り物をもって　また　来たときに使った舟に乗り　
金色の　ピラミッドのみえる　場所に向かいます。
着きました。

そのピラミッドの中に　入ると　そこは　まるで　光の洪水です。　
その光の洪水の中心に　また　貴方のために置かれた　光のイスがあります。　
そこにかけて　主護　守護の天使たちを　感じてほしい。　

話をしてもいいし。　ただ　彼らの　暖かさに癒されてほしい。

そうして　ゆっくりとその時間を楽しんだら　そこから　出て　船に戻り

一番初めの　場所の砂浜に戻ります。　
森を抜け　花畑を抜け　ゲートのところにきたら　　
護ってくれた人たちに　お礼を言って　ゲートを抜けます。

ゲートは　完全に閉じます。　

そして　瞑想を終えるために　指を動かしたり　腕をゆっくり動かしたりしながら　
覚醒します・　さいごに　目を開けます。

贈り物は　私のように　ささやいてくれるものかもしれないし　
抽象的に　鍵だったり　めがねだったり　色々だと思うけれど　

貴方にとって今一番必要で　これから使うものです。

Even the god prays to forget and not to become it to the people who exist good anything good and
highest without fail.

Thank you really for ..father.. defending me of the heaven ..god.. always. Please purify my mind. Please guard me please and, and, open my stubborn mind.
I hope understanding, the defense, and help for the meditation that becomes me who wishes to express our gratitude to you by us and can express my gratitude for the prayer for people more and will be done in the future.

fields and are beautiful have grown.
